TrailPak is a gear planning and packing app built for overlanders, backpackers, and outdoor adventurers. Smart checklists, weight tracking, offline-ready trips, and a clean interface that works as well in the field as it does at home.

Outdoor enthusiasts who plan trips into areas with limited or no cell service. The app had to be fully functional offline, fast to load, and simple enough that someone can build a packing list at the trailhead without a tutorial.
Built entirely in-house as Kona Studios' flagship product. Designed the UI from scratch, built the backend, shipped to both iOS and Android app stores.

Monument IT is a home computer and small business IT repair company based in Colorado. They needed a site that looked professional, communicated their services clearly, and was easy to find. No fluff, no generic template vibes.

Us & Baby is a parenting app in development for new and expecting parents. The goal: one place for feeding logs, sleep tracking, and milestones, shared between both partners in real time, without a pile of disconnected apps.

Services
Kona Studios LLC provides web design, web development, mobile app development, and related digital services. We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality work but do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or results beyond the agreed deliverables. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Payment & Project Terms
Payment terms, project milestones, and revision allowances are defined per project in individual agreements. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion before final files or site ownership is transferred. Kona Studios LLC reserves the right to pause work on any project with outstanding balances.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Kona Studios LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries developed independently and used across multiple projects. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect project timelines and delivery dates. Clients warrant that any materials they provide (logos, images, content) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kona Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
